How to be a good leader

Introduction: What is a leader? A leader is someone who commands their group of people, and sets a good example. A leader helps his group and is responsible.

Body P1: One way is to step up and tell other people to do the right thing. Tell them to be respectful and to be responsible. 

Body P2: Another way to be a good leader is to be a role model,and show other people to do the right thing, by setting a good example. 

Body P3: A third way to be a good leader is to have a positive attitude to learning new things and being nice. Leaders have to be a good listener, a team worker and supportive leader.
